Annual maintenance is important for your home heating and cooling system to work properly and efficiently. Also, by having your equipment serviced prior to the heating or cooling season you help to ensure your equipment will work when it is needed.

Every year Cary Heating & Air Conditioning performs annual spring and fall maintenance at a discount price. If you are a current customer of Cary Heating, you will recieve a postcard from us as a reminder of these special savings! Scheduling regular preventative maintenance also entitles you to Preferred Pricing on repairs throughout the year. That’s an additional 10% savings! Watch your mail for your post card coming soon!

Gas Furnace Tune Up includes:

• Check burners and heat exchanger
• Check and lubricate motors and bearings (check belt if applicable)
• Check controls and safeties
• Check for proper venting (check CO if applicable)
• Check manifold press
• Check air filter

Oil Furnace Tune Up includes:

• Check burners and heat exchanger
• Adjust burner
• Check motors and lubricate bearings (check belt if applicable)
• Check controls and safeties
• Check venting and test for carbon monoxide
• Check air filter
• Replace nozzle and oil filter (additional cost)

Central Air Conditioner Tune Up includes:

• Check indoor air filter
• Check condensate drain and clean if needed
• Check operating pressure of unit and adjust if needed
• Check temperature drop across evaporator coil
• Check and adjust thermostat
• Oil motors as needed
